2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

LightningWallet is a mobile application for managing Lightning Network wallets. The app enables sending and receiving payments through the Lightning Network protocol. The application acts as a client interface for LNbits servers and does not store or manage your Bitcoin directly.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet keys and access credentials. We recommend regular backups and using strong authentication methods. You must ensure you have proper access to your LNbits server and maintain secure API keys.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

The application does not collect, store, or transmit personal data to third parties. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your wallet information, transaction history, or private keys. Your funds remain under your control at all times.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Lightning Network and Bitcoin protocols are experimental technologies with inherent risks.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The developers are not liable for any losses resulting from improper use of the application, technical issues, cryptocurrency price fluctuations, or Lightning Network protocol failures. Use of this application is at your own risk.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The LightningWallet application and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application without permission. The app utilizes the LNbits protocol for Lightning Network functionality.

8. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the application or our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is provided. This application is provided globally and users are subject to their local laws.

You are solely responsible for the security of your funds and the proper use of this application.
